Hosting a JulRe Designs Private Jewelry Trunk Show in your home or event space for your family and friends is fun, fashionable and very rewarding! We can bring our Exquisite Wearable ArtJewelry including special collections designed exclusively for private trunk shows to your company location through our Corporate Trunk Shows too. Our beautiful one-of-a-kind, handcrafted jewelry is guaranteed to make your Shopping Soiree a memorable experience for you and your guests. The following guidelines will show you just how simple and exciting a JulRe Designs Private Trunk Show can be:
Our experience demonstrates that the most successful shows have at least 10-15 guests, most successful shows have at least 10-15 guests. Since not everyone one you invite will be able to attend, we suggest that you invite as many people as possible to ensure that your show is a winner!
For our 2012 season, our Private Trunk Shows will be available on select Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings with a start time no later than 6 PM and Saturday afternoons after 12 PM. (A typical show lasts 2-3 hours) Corporate Trunk Shows can be booked during lunch time hours on available Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Our Designer/Creative Director, Juliet Renee Williams is available to attend private trunk shows on select dates to provide custom fittings, color analysis and style consultations for your guests.
Our Jewelry Stylists are available to produce trunk shows in the following US regions:

Book your show at least 3 weeks in advance. (Corporate Trunk Shows and shows outside of the NY Tri-State area require 4 weeks advance booking.) This gives you time to get the word out via phone, email or snail mail. JulRe Designs can provide you with our standard email invitation and/or a format that you can use to design your own postal mail invitations. JulRe Designs does not reimburse for the cost of postage.
We ask that you hold the show in a room large enough to provide 3 or more large flat surfaces (tables, wide window ledges, mantles, etc.) for the creative display of our items and enough room for your guests to mingle and circulate comfortably. Using more than one room for our displays is also acceptable as long as the rooms are close in proximity of each other.
Providing light refreshments for your guests makes for a great party atmosphere. This should be done at your discretion. Although JulRe Designs does not provide food or beverages, we have negotiated special pricing with a select group of catering services and specialty food shops. Please inquire when booking your show.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
For each future Private Trunk Show that is booked and held successfully as a direct result of your event, you will receive a referral bonus of $25.00. New referred trunk show bookings must occur within 90 days of your original event and new hosts must refer to your event at the time of booking to qualify.
All qualified jewelry gifts and gift cards will be issued to Private Trunk Show hosts at the completion of their event. Monetary awards for trunk show net sales will be issued in the form of a bank check sent to the host via postal mail or PayPal payment issued within 14 days after their event. (Monetary awards for trunk show net sales are based on merchandise sold at the show, not custom, future or web site orders.) Referral trunk show bonuses are issued to the Referrer within 14 days of the conclusion of the referred host’s event. No gift or award substitutions.
