With the exception of SALE and some Limited Edition items, our designs are meticulously handcrafted, one at a time and never mass-produced. Because of this, shipping may take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. If FASTER SERVICE is required, please let us know and we will make every effort to accomodate your needs.
 Your JulRe Designs Exquisite Wearable Art will arrive carefully wrapped in soft velour drawstring pouches (perfect for proper storage) at no extra charge. Any purchase can be beautifully presented in the JulRe Designs signature gift packaging - elegant glossy black gift boxes with coordinating ribbon and gift card for an additional charge of $5.00 per item.
JulRe Designs Gift Cards make great gifts for any special occasion. Available in $25.00, $50.00, $75.00, $100.00 and $200.00 denominations, they arrive in presentation envelopes and can be sent directly to the recipient with a personal message of your choice. Call us at (800) 711-5958 to purchase.
We will gladly take exchanges and returns for credit for all items (unless otherwise noted) as long as they are returned within 14 days of receipt. We do require that you first call our Customer Care Center toll-free at (800) 711-5958 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # so we can quickly make the transaction for you. Because JulRe Designs' items are handmade, we can not accept returns for refund. We do offer a Merchandise Credit for future purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the event that a piece needs repair or adjustment, we will fix your item FREE OF CHARGE for all merchandise purchased within 30 days. There will be a $15 per piece repair charge, plus shipping for all merchandise purchased within 30-60 days. For merchandise over 60 days old, there will be a $25 per piece repair charge, plus shipping. Please note that if the repair or adjustment includes replacing broken or lost stones and hardware, the cost to replace those items will be added to the charges noted above. As our inventory changes often, some beads, stones and hardware may not be available for repair, in which case we will make every attempt to find something similar.
